Shepherd To Shepherd Network Of Clergy Launches Chaplaincy Department

The Shepherd To Shepherd Network of Clergy (SSNC) has officially launched its chaplaincy Department to bring new  hope, assurance and encouragement to the Ghanaian citizenry.

Delivering a speech at the launching event, Arc Bishop Dr. Daniel Mensah Antwi Boasiako, founder of SSNC indicated that as Ministers of the gospel, there is the need to pray and brainstorm and come up with a holistic approach to develop sherpeed to Shepherd  in Ghana.

“We must come together as ministers to work together to fulfil the great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ,” he added.

Dr. Boasiako hinted that SSNC would provide intensive training for individuals who are ready to serve as Chaplains.

These individuals, according to the founder, will be drawn from the following categories; Church and  religious leaders, pastors Councillors, volunteers, opinion Leaders as well as people who are passionate about helping others succeed in life.

Furthermore, Arc Bishop Antwi Boasiako, disclosed that the training would include;  Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution, Crisis Management, Disaster Management as well as Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Closed Door and Generl Council respectively in the discharge of their duty as men and women of the gospel.

He appealed to the  government to assist the SSNC in its quest of breathing new hope to the masses.

“As the head of the Network, I  promise within my capability to do my best to ensure that the vision  of the Sherperd to Shepherd Network  and chaplain Department will become a reality,” Dr. Boasiako stressed.

Dr.  Boasiako who is also the  Founder, president and general overseer of the Power of Faith International,  speaking to the media after the launch, stated that its about time the church go out of its boundaries and dedicate themselves by the cause of mission work.

“No need to commit suicide or other acts that could put one’s life in jeopardy  but rather have faith and stand firm with the  believe that, no condition is permanent hence you would bounce back,’ he emphasised.

He bemoaned the attitude of younger people disrespecting the elderly all because of some level of hardships they (youth) might be experiencing at that material time.

“We shall train the youth with  skills to enable them establish businesses which will in turn provide income for themselves as well as their dependants.

In attendance to grace the launch were Chaplaincy Generals of various Security Forces and Directors of Security Agencies, Ministers of the gospel.

The Shepherd to Shepherd Network of Clergy is a Fellowship of pastors and ministers of the gospel who are committed to the call of God upon their lives.
